Quality Assurance Consultant ABAP - Production Services

The Production Services Department, with different locations all over the world, belongs to the Product Support Organisation of SAP. Here all SAP Products (Abap and Java based) will be assembled and validated in a very close cooperation with development. Through our testing we make sure that SAP Products meet our customers expectations in completeness, quality, integration and robustness while maintaining time to market. SKILLS: Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science or related discipline ;Very good technical Unix/Linux administration know-how ;Experience in MAXDB, DB2 or Oracle would be beneficial ;Experience in SAP Technology (Abap and/or Java) would be beneficial but not essential ;Experience in a similar software testing/QA role would be beneficial but not essential;TASKS:Ensure completeness of SAP Products together with SAP development;Ensure that SAP Products match SAP standard quality when released;Ensure that SAP Products work on various supported operating system.
