Human Resources Administrator

Support the recruitment and selection Process.
Issuing of weekly & monthly reports to the Management Team.
Carrying out special HR and ad hoc projects as required.
Carrying out HR administration duties where necessary.
Liaising with Payroll & Finance as required (Payroll is outsourced).
Advising employees on HR policies or procedures where relevant.
Dealing with employee requests (on benefits / policies / letter requests).
Dealing with Work Permit and Visa applications and renewals.
Administration and distribution of Employee letters.
Delivering induction training to new employees as required.
Managing the HR & Time & Attendance system.
Keeping up to date with employment legislation and policy.
Promote positive company initiatives.
Support the Performance Review process.
Support managers with coordinating employees training needs.
To keep up to date and comply with the Health & Safety manual.

Skills Required

Qualification in Human Resources/Training. Good keyboard skills with good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Proactive and have an ability to work under pressure. Organised with strong time management skills. Ability to meet deadlines. Confident in ability, and responsible for output. Good communication skills.
