Customer Care Representative
Duties: Dealing with sales enquiries including customer queries/complaints; Data input, spreadsheet regulation, application processing; Dealing with clients (by phone & email, occasionally in person); Liaising with sales staff to take and update sales orders; Fluent English essential; Good communication, administrative and computer skills favourable(Word, Access, Excel and Outlook express).
